First Meeting / Discussion

In our initial contact with customers our primary concern is to ensure that potential clients understand they are dealing with a professional company employing a team of dedicated people who will help clients realize their dream home. During this meeting we listen very carefully to customer requirements, this enables us to match their needs, expectations and financial ability with our property portfolio.

Preparation of the Architectural Plans

Armed with this information, our architect will prepare initial architectural drawings. Then a further meeting with clients will take place, during which any ideas and suggestions are noted. The architect will make all necessary changes to the initial sketches / drawings. The ultimate aim of this process is to find the right solutions / ideas for our clients. Immediately following this meeting, final plans and building costs are agreed.

Construction

Once terms and conditions have been agreed by all parties, CyProperties will commence with the construction. Our company undertakes and ensures that all necessary building permits are issued. Subcontractors will then start work in close cooperation with CyProperties and are expected to finish within a maximum period of no more than 14 months.

Please note that during the construction phase, our client is welcome to visit the building site and discuss progress with the Project Manager. Once again client ideas and suggestions are noted and all necessary and desired changes carried out.

Project Completion

Once the entire project is completed, final accounts detailing all agreed expenses will be prepared. Clients will inspect the property before delivery after which final accounts must be settled. The new owners will be given a folder containing copies of building permits, construction plans and specifications of materials.
