Originally CyProperties was dealing more with the sale of plots and in a smaller range with construction.
In 2000, monitoring the development and market needs for construction of buildings, is changing its corporate strategy and dynamically enters in the construction. Alongside Joined June 15, 2000 decision to change its name to Cyproperties Ltd.
